Are 993 VDO gauges interchangable with 964?

Andrew, the PET shows the same part number for the 964 and 993 oil level/fuel level gauge for N. American cars (didn't check ROW).
964 641 202 00
note: there is one other gauge/part number for the 993, but it is for the "S" models, and the only difference is that it has a steel grey colored trim ring. 993 641 202 00

Awesome! I'm still waiting for these things to come in the mail. Who knows, they may all have 964 prefix codes, as they came from a 1995 car!
