Does modern belt receptacle fit our belts?

Does 997/Cayman/Boxster belt receptacle fit the clips on our belts?

As far as I’m aware. I know there’s at least one member here with 9x7 seats in their car.

I just checked this for you by trying to connect a 964 seatbelt to a 987 seatbelt receptacle.
It does not fit, the 964 part is too big.
