Default Your 964 sitting too long due to COVID? Solutions for your dead battery!

Hey everyone, just finally getting to drive your car after it's been sitting for awhile only to discover your battery is dead? We wanted to provide a few options that might be helpful to avoid the dead battery scenario. Vehicle set up and parasitic draw can certainly shorten the duration of how long batteries can go before getting too low in addition to the age and quality of the battery itself. Some may have very limited draw and be lucky enough to let their cars sit longer than others but more so it seems more all too common to have many come back to a dead battery. So we have a few things that can help if this happens to you or even possibly eliminate the problem.

The Microstart Portable Jump-Starters will easily jump the car if you've got a dead battery, totally portable and light weight and easy to use and get you out of a jam if your battery is dead

The Wireless Starting Harness will allow you to run a lead directly to your battery if you have an electonic Frunk allowing you to connect the Microstart to the battery when you can't access it directly.

The Battery Tracker is cool little tool you attach right to the battery and pair up via Bluethooth to your phone, it can send you real time voltage anytime you come within 30 ft of the device along with notifications to let you know if it's getting low so you know to put it on a charger

Lastly, our Automotive line of batteries all have a built in battery management system that protects your battery from getting over discharged (not too mention a ton of other benefits) so you can't drain it down too far to the point of damaging it but in addition our full group sizes have built in wireless jump starting so you are always left with enough energy to start the car and are never left stranded with a dead battery

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or anything we can help you out with!

Will depend a little on the existing level of parasitic draw and how often the car is driven but typically you should be able to go with a 30Ah or 40Ah option in the H6 Group size.

I have an elderly mother across town. Lots of 'essential' driving to make sure she has groceries etc.
