Default Clone of RS "Chip"?

My 911 has a performance chip installed, but not a Steve Wong chip. The previous owner told me it is an "RS Clone" chip. Does anyone have any idea on what that could be? I am wondering if I could benefit from the SW chip?

Could be anything in there. Wong does a very good job with his tunes. Part throttle is where his excel against others, which you can certainly feel.
