Default front shock mounts

I'm in the process of replacing my front and rear shocks on my '93 C4. The fronts take a support mount with the part # 964-343-018-03. I can find the part on the web but there *appears* to be two variations with the same part number, which could just be my viewing perception. I've attached pics of the two different ones. One appears symmetrical (pic1) and the other asymmetrical (pic2 - red center). Is it possible that this is the difference between 964-343-018-02 and the upgraded 964-343-018-03? Does anyone know which one is correct for my car?

thanks in advance

964-343-018-03. On a side note, I bought a pair from my local dealer but ultimately decided to go with a different setup. Will PM you details if interested.

When I replaced my shocks last year I used mount p/n 964-343-018-03. The original mounts were p/n 964-343-018-02. You will find that both p/n's are offset and are mounted differently depending on whether your car is a wide body or narrow body.
