Walmart has Mobil1 for $19.95 for a five quart container

Mobil 1 has a rebate of $12 per five quart container (Limit of four)

If you read the terms and conditions at the Mobil site the rebate is only good for eligible retailers of which Walmart is not listed. Also to get $17 you have to purchase a filter as well. Most of the Eligible retailers even with the rebate were more expensive than Walmart.

Between April 1, 2019 and September 30, 2019 (the “Promotion Period”), purchase any Mobil 1 Eligible product or Mobil Super Eligible product from a participating retailer listed below (“Participating Retailer”) and receive a rebate as follows:

• For five (5) or more quarts of any Mobil 1 Eligible product and one (1) Mobil 1 Extended Performance oil filter or Mobil 1 Motorcycle oil filter, receive a seventeen dollar ($17) rebate check by mail (the “$17 Rebate”);
• For five (5) or more quarts of any Mobil 1 Eligible product, receive a twelve dollar ($12) rebate check by mail (the “$12 Rebate”);
• For five (5) or more quarts of any Mobil Super Synthetic motor oil, receive a ten dollar ($10) rebate check by mail (the “$10 Rebate”); or
• For five (5) or more quarts of Mobil Super or Mobil Super High Mileage, receive a seven dollar ($7) rebate check by mail (the “$7 Rebate”).

They will accept Wal Mart, I already got my check

Also the 19.95 special is over its now closer to 23 bucks (still cheap)

Applied may 21, received via email 06/10 and had to get a real check issued as I could not deposit at teller as it had no magnetic ink...could not download bank app due to age of my phone, got the check in the US mail around end of June
