My car shrunk! Cabriolet problem. A little help?
Interesting, today I took my cabby out for a drive, its a garage queen and usually parked in garage, top down, with tarp. Got to the mall so decided to close the top. Seems my car shrunk as the leading edge of the top latch now overlaps the engagement point on the top of the windshield! I looked for this specific fix on the net but I see no specific fix for me. I just need to know which specific adjustment screw pulls the top back so the latches can go into its space in the windshield.
thanx guys, any clue would be helpful

Well I got the top forward pins to enter on their respective holes on top of the windshield area so now it closes ok. However, I've noticed the top on the driver side is about 1/2 inch higher than the passenger side. I adjusted each transmission so that the power arm on each side is exactly aligned with their respective notch, so I know they are moving in tandem and evenly. The top is not even. Even when I disconnect both transmissions and manually lift the top by the center I can see it is not level with the top of the windshield. So, basically the top itself is uneven by half inch.
Anyone know specifically which bolts/nuts align the top? It's not a transmission/short cable problem. It's actually the top being slanted.
thanks in advance

I leave mine down probably 95% of the time. The few times I put it up it seems to shrink a bit depending on how many weeks/months it was down. After leaving closed overnight everything fits better the next day.
