Receiving more & more positive feedback on a more stable & acceptable oil temp and ease of installation of the cable.
I had a spirited drive with 4 964's last weekend all using the mod. Installation done before the drive took not more than 15min per 964.
One had a two rusted screws, after spraying some WD40 on the screws the job was again done in 15minutes.

So, I had my first test of this mod last weekend doing a track day with the Swedish Porsche club. Outside temp was about 23 C an mostly sunny. Did 20-25 min stints and the engine temp stayed around +/- 9 o’clock during a stin. So I guess it did what it is supposed to do. Installation was super easy.

Did this on my convertible some years ago. Also with these kind of plugs. Works perfect and never every a critical situation with oil temp...
