If anyone knows of a very nice late model mid-91-94 C2 manual cab in green or blue or GP white with blue interior, I am in the market.

I think as the 964 buyers get older and the cars are less viewed as performance cars and more viewed as collector/cruisers, cabs will increase in demand relative to coupes. Not sure they will ever be worth more than coupes, but you saw that happen with so many other cars it seems likely with 964 that verts will increase in demand.
check Autotrader. I saw a GP white with blue interior the other day. East coast car if I remember correctly...

edit- here ya go:

If that’s the one I’m thinking of. It’s been in there for like 2 years. Long ago sold.

Porsche made only the one that I know of for Robert Linton's America GS. D.Moris makes aftermarket ones that look pretty good but come at a price.

Holy Cow that looks cool!

As someone who has owned all three styles, honestly they are all awesome...I love my cab, and it's a driver anyway, so I'm planning on improving it, making it "mine" and my nephews and niece can decide what it's worth (if I don't get buried in it) .

Contrary to the earlier post, according to Hagerty, Ferrari 355 cabs trade at a $6k premium to coupes (GTB) and Targas (GTS).

And 328, 308, 348, 360 and 430 coupes trade at a higher premium. 458 and 488 cars still have warranty with coupes released earlier so they have lower price points.

Interesting, my obersvations have come from asking prices and what I see at auction. Perhaps the asking prices are a bit misleading. I’ve been tempted for years but I really don’t want the cab due to the top complexity. The higher asking prices on coupes along with the extraordinarily high prices on maintenance have kept me away.

No, that’s not correct, Hard tops were a regular option, albeit not very commonly ordered.

I know the explanation about 964s supposedly being different because they’re “performance cars” oriented toward the track, blah, blah, blah. Does anyone think that a Ferrari Daytona, 250 Cal Spyder or Maserati Ghibli is not a performance car?

The pricing will surely eventually reverse and open 964s will be worth more than coupes.
I always thought it was about the 911’s lines. Theres just that little something missing in the cabs/ Targas. I will always picture “the” 911 shape as a coupe. I think thats the bigger reason they go for more rather then the performance factor.
