Great info! The fact that it can be done in a weekend has definitely inspired me to go down this route. Thanks for replying.

Thanks George!

Car will be running next week! I got some original cup wheels, LED headlights, coilovers, and a carbon fiber blower motor bypass.

Marco has completed the engine and the car is on the ground and running. I am going up to put the seatbelts in and take it for a drive. Thanks to Bob at APPBIZ I have carpets and door panels to install. This should hold me over for the rest of the summer! (Then the real work begins for the winter...)

Anyone know what size spacers will fit on my car? I need to push those wheels out to fill the fenders. I have 17x7 & 17x8 Cup wheels(OEM) with the following tires:

front 225/40/17
rear 255/40/17

The project has stalled, due to the focus shifting to the new house my wife and I are building. I have spent the day working on the car yesterday. I made and i stalled new floorboards, LED headlights, and a Steve Wong chip. I took the car for a quick drive and it felt good, but I plan to drive it today to see if I can feel the difference.

After reading all the suspension threads, I am going to call Chuck and get all the full package for a suspension refresh. Just keeping the car on the road for a few more weeks until the SNOW rolls in....
