An American rear window made of 4 mm glass weighs 17 pounds complete with the center stop light and the wiring harness for the heating element. I would guess the light and harness weigh around 2 pounds, so the glass alone weighs around 15 pounds.

An RS rear window of 3.2 mm glass with no stoplight or harness weighs 11.5 pounds.
