Question The washer reservoir

Is it easy to retro fit the intensive washer reservoir if you don't have one? The reason for this is that I want to get rid of the big reservoir in the front wing. I suppose you should be able to use the old/existing cables and water hose, or is there anything else to think of?

It your car does not have the bracket in the trunk you will have to install it. The plumbing under the windshield has to be flipped so it receives from the passenger side rather than the drivers side. An extension of the wiring will also have to be run from the original pump to the water bottle mounted pump in trunk. All the holes are there for the plumbing, the bracket can be welded or pop riveted in place.

You need also some no-return valves, and the electronic control unit (intensive cleaning jet is timed)

I think ThomasC2 wants to do an RS water bottle conversion, not just add the intensive cleaner to his original system, so the valves and control unit are not necessary.
