Default Gauge Lens

Hi, the lens on my gauge has been 'milky' on the sides for a while. Today I peeled off a thin clear acrylic film thinking this was the problem only to see the mark was still there as well as the slight crack lines. Where can I get a new lens from? This looks a mess!

The fuel/level lens seems to be acrylic, it sounds different to the others when I tap it.

I had cracked lens and instead of sending it to North Hollywood Speedometer or the like I watched ebay and got a whole new instrument with good lens for about $100..

I would try here: https://www.heiler-tachodesign.de/Te...64-Porsche-993

For the price you can't really go wrong.

Hmmm... that is expensive shipping compared to material cost. But compared to alternatives, may still make sense.

I would buy all 5 and hope/expect shipping stays the same rate. That would be $100 or so and have all instruments updates. That's pretty good value in my book.

The gauges are quite easy to disassemble. Pull it apart, measure the glass, get a local glass shop to cut you a new piece. Should be done for under $10 and an hour of work.

The tach and clock lenses are glass, the rest polycarbonate. I did notice (on mine anyway) the fuel/oil level and pressure/temp gauges had a vinyl cover on both sides as well.
