You got me on the edge of my seat watching some of the video clips, lol Cup Cars are not easy to drive on race mode but you made it look like a breeze with guts! Can't wait to see your finished project, good luck!

Wheels never looked that good from the factory. Jim really has it down.

2Swoosh watching him and Dr J drive these on track was a site. I miss those days.

Wow, the wheels look great. Add me to the long list of suitors should you ever consider selling. A Rubystone cup is one of my dream cars.

Nice cups...

Jim indeed does great work - far beyond what came from Speedline as original.

OK, i just found this thread, THIS IS AMAZING... wow, nice job...! Just a terrific job, top down, and cannot believe those wheels! Yes, if there was one car i wish i had not sold, it would have been this one! Such a perfect Porsche to race, power, brakes, and as you said, built like a tank, just keeps going! Cannot wait to see the final project!!

Well done!

Yep, this update took a loooong while. But the car is done and home! Turned out great (IMO). I need to put a muffler on it as it still has the cat delete, primary delete and secondary delete racing setup which is insanely loud for a car with no interior (though it does sound glorious with a helmet on).

Will try to take a few more pics in the coming weeks. And I am glad that Jerry sold the car to me way back in the winter of 2006/2007!

Looks great! Those speedlines always look to have a deeper dish on the rear than say - your typical E88. Is it because of the shape of the center and how the spokes return that allows this? I'm guessing the specs on a NB speedline rear use at least a 2.5" outer shell?

Thanks!
Jeff

Simply GORGEOUS!!!!!

Are you going to apply stickers, or leave it clean (which I would prefer).
