Default While they were off...Jet Hot exhaust

So. While I had the exhaust off over the winter, might as well get 'em Jet Hot coated. This is their "polished silver". Can't wait to get 'em on the car!

Very nice. Does Jet Hot offer some sort of guarantee against coating failure?

Lifetime guarantee. They have been around forever.

Cost was under ~$700 with shipping to and from.

Less than I thought. How long did the process take?

Roughly 3 weeks. (shipping was fast because I dropped it at the main UPS hub and shipping was essentially next day).

Wow - they look great

I've got some new (used) heat exchangers to go on and was wondering what to do about cleaning them up and coating them, or if to bother at all. Seeing yours makes we want to bother!

Ironically, I got the heat exchangers shipped from the US - I could have had them shipped via Jet-Hot! I'll need to find somewhere similar in the UK now.

I had these guys, they were in AZ at the time, do the same to my HE's... over 10 years ago and they still look virtually the same.

@Santa Cruz Red that's great news! I know that the JetHot coatings were popular (back in the day) with two-stroke expansion chambers and moto exhausts. All the ones I have seen have held up. Great to know your experience.

Wonder if something like this could be an option for failing exhaust port ceramics?
