could someone answer this basic question please. My 1993 c2 seems to have a locked up rear caliper. I had someone sit in the car and I went around and checked as the hit brake. No movement in the pads as they hit the brake on any wheel. But the car was not on.
should the calipers move the pads when the car is off or does it have to be on? If the car can be off, and none of the four calipers seem to be squeezing, any obvious fix someone might know of.

When someone is pushing the brake pedal (with engine off) can you move the brake disk? Check each wheel.
