Default need of reflectors, all around

hey all,
i noticed my reflectors (turn signals front & rear, and center reflector) are all very worn and faded. i would like to replace them all with new parts. i know they are quite expensive, but does anyone know of a good supplier with reasonable prices?
Kyle.

Kyle,
Can't help with a source but I would say the front plastic trim (on a European spec car at least) can be polished up - it all comes apart fairly well. I think it's only the rears that cannot be cleaned. Even the little clear bits that look mouldy over years can be made to look like new without too much work.
Cheers,

I think you'll have a hard time beating Sunset Porsche's Excellence magazine discount = dealer cost + 15%. Assuming you don't live in Washington or Oregon. I just bought the left-rear for $139, the center reflector for $184, after the 15% charge. Sunset even beats the E-bay "Buy It Now" price linked above.

I would be patient and visit Ebay often, just purchased two brand new genuine Porsche rear lights for my car for 50% of shop prices - it does happen!!

thanks guys, i'll look around. one problem with buying ebay items like this is, it's very difficult to tell how sun faded the parts are. i will probably buy from sunset, in order to avoid this. Kyle.

Kyle,
You may consider taking the opportunity to install the Euro rear center reflector with integral fog lights.
Looks identical, except of course when the rear fog lights are on. No wiring changes necessary, mounts exactly the same

You can find out more here (or email Gert at Carnewal to see what he can do):

I agree with the opinions on Sunset Porsche; I just ordered from them today.
