Not sure what your reserve is but $70k seemed a bit optimistic.
You can find a decent 964 for around $50k, add an Airlift kit for $4k and some wheels for another $3k and you're at $57k
The partial respray in a subjective color takes away value.
That being said, there's a shoe for every foot, good luck!

& you might have missed the complete engine out reseal / new clutch and over 100 wear and tear parts replaced with OE parts.
If you're going to share Value based opinion's on other people's cars then at least read the whole listing.

So according to you a glass out / full metal up proper paint job takes away value. Common dude?

FWIW I love the build. Nice color choice. I hope the reserve is met. If its a $70k reserve my opinion is this will be RNM, but that's just my 2 cents.
I do have a question.... I will profess I know nothing of custom air suspensions. I have dealt with the factory one's on Audi A8's and some others. In those cars there are fixed settings for height. Can you program custom ride heights easily? I would imagine you should be able to do that? For example... obviously you can drop it to the bottom when you park. How easily can you go from an aggressive driving height to a height that is more suited to cruising and finally can you raise the front independent to get up steep driveway?
Thanks

The Airlift kit with the 3p management is super easy to program with multiple settings including those mentioned and then some. Changing ride height is quick, especially in a light car like a 911. The type of compressor and size of the air tank determine the speed, the heavier the car, the more powerful the compressor and larger air tank(s) are required. Hard lines vs. Soft also make a difference. It's a very nice quality setup.

What he said ^^^^^ Let's just say you can set any corner to any height from the Phone app on your phone from your living room couch! True story!!
5 presets can be set to any height so with a press of a button you can get to your preset height.
AIRLIFT performance is a Michigan based company and they really stand behind their products.

Just my .02 worth. You should have fixed the damaged front smile and the misaligned rocker fins. These things would make me think even at raised height the car is bottoming out someplace. Although you put a ton of work into it and built this car to your tastes and you are looking for that 10% of people who get you, why limit the sale and show the car as it would sit at a regular height. It might get someone to bid if not help bid it up and they might decide to replace the suspension and sell it off. Who cares what the next owner does with it if you get your price.
