Design and edge mounting finalized! Went with 8 bolt solution 4 on the edges and 4 centre. Made an insert that can be used underneath to secure the frame on the left-right edges. It makes the whole install quite simple. Had to change the hardware due to lack of aluminium SAE Hex bolts locally. I picked up black stainless steel passivated, they have the right look and should withstand corrosion for a long time. Finalizing last hardware order this week. Laser cutting 20 frames next week. Final price: $115 USD + shipping. PM's to be sent shortly.
