Default hardwiring valentine one

Was thinking about finally getting around to hardwiring my valentine one. Anybody have any tips? Is there an older thread that someone can point me towards?

TIA

There are a number of older threads on the 993 board, I cannot recall anything here on the 964 board and you might want to check out www.p-car.com where I think there is a how to (again for a 993)

The V-1 comes with "taps" that allow you to tap into supply lines. I just tapped into the supply line that goes to the radio, and then I took a phone-type wire and ran it from the stereo, under the right hand side interior panelling and the up along the passenger side column (I have my V-1 mounted on the passenger side visor), and then along the top of passenger side visor. I didn't have to cut into anything, and the installation took about 1 hour, tops.
