Default Seat for back sweat?

I couldn’t think of a less gross description for this question and I’ve been considering some aftermarket seats for my car anyway

and after driving six hours each way to the road America vintage races I’m wondering if there are any seat or seat material options which can cut down on perspiration

Would vintage style race buckets with grommets make any noticeable improvement to the factory leather seats?

As a side note if you have not attended that event I recommend it as there were many air cooled cars and I think I was the only 964 in attendance

Lots of g body cars and only 1 993 and my 964

Cool shirt?

I fee your pain. My pole Positions can make for pretty sweaty drives too.

Sheepskin cover. Have them in all my vehicles for the very reason you identify.

Swapping the seat centers out can be done for around 150 dollars per seat. So even if they aren't in need of full upholstery, it's a viable option. You just do as much of the work for the upholsterer as you can, ie, take the seats out and deliver them the seats without the car....

Fabric seat centers are great. They breath and keep you from sliding around. As to sweaty issues..if you happen to go fabric, some make you sweat more than others. So do some research .
