I have been running Cat bypass and Cup bypass on my 89 C4 for a year now. Love the sound of it, but now consider to change the header as well. Does anyone know is there any headers which can go along with the Cat bypass and Cup bypass? I checked online and see those aftermarket headers all sold in a set which don't match with my current setup.

With headers you will have outlets on both sides of the engine. so no cup bypass will not work. you'll need a muffler with two inlets.
