i'm offered a 90 C2 cabriolet with almost 140k miles but the engine was rebuilt about 60k miles ago, its very clean inside and also exterior, i really don't want a cab but keeping options open, seller wants $34,000 is that ok for a c2 cab with these miles?

I paid $26K for a 1990 cab with 136k miles last year, unfortunately I had some oil leaks so I had a topend and reseal done last summer. So if the rebuild is good and everything else checks out I think a range of $29k to $34k is reasonable depending other needs. Of course I like convertibles.

Good luck, pictures if you buy.

i saw the car this weekend, its not bad, little leaks, but it drives great and feels good, i really didn't want to pay over 30 for a cab with 136k, but the engine rebuild on it is enticing , it was done at 85k, he is at 32 now, i might hold out and see if i can get it for a bit less, seemed like a good car

I’d take gray on white any day over red and cashmere but de gustibus non disputandum est.

you are being picky on a scarce resource! Good luck on the hunt
