Just checked the O-ring and it was gone. Changed.
On more question with regards the vent hole. I blow through it and could listen to air going pass both ways: in and out. Is that out or is the ventilation valve also gone?
Thanks,

mine was leaking around the same location as yours. I changed the "L" shaped rubber hose going to the pump and that fixed the leak. I guess the old hose was damaged.

That's the ventilation hole for the reservoir. Fluid heats up and expands, air goes out the hole, it cools back down, air come back in the hole.

Yes, but, can fluid go through?

If you overfill the reservoir then yes. Its designed to be there.

No overfill, never.

Let's see how it goes with just the new O-ring.

Thanks

If anyone was wondering, URO P/S Reservoir Cap Seal 32 41 1 128 333 is technically for a multitude of BMW applications, has a 42mm ID with a 2mm cross section, and is made of EPDM rubber. It's not surprising that the seal could fit a variety of Porsche applications however, since many Porsche and BMW models share power steering reservoirs.
