I am looking to have a 3.6 NA engine built to produce around 400HP "reliably". I am based out Dallas, anyone on here have any suggestions for good shops in Texas to help? Or any shops that you've used, and had great results?

I doubt you are going to see 400 reliable hp out of anything you plan to use on the street. The best 3.8RSR # I ever had was 408 and that was rated for 25hrs.
