Default Looking to buy a 964

All,

I'm looking to buy a 964 coupe sunroof delete car. One of the 1992 Carrera cup cars that is still in street clothes will work. Open to color and miles.

Please PM me if you have one for sale, or know of one.

Thanks!

Why not just import a real (euro) RS?

for 120000 bucks i would expect an original motor, and the broken lights to have been replaced.
bad joke, imho.

Call Tim Holt, Holt Motorsports (Kennet Square, PA) - hes been selling aircooled cars for at least 30 years and might have a lead on one.

There have only been two that I know of US spec 964's with sunroof delete. You may need to find an RS America if you want a factory sunroof delete car. ROW cars are much more common to find with no sunroof as I believe they came stock without sunroof and was added.

Are you building something? Might be easier and cheaper to remove the sunroof.

There is a group of guys or dealer called original and rare or something like that was trying to sell some imported low mile JDM 964 factory sunroof delete cars in CA. I think there maybe two (red and white) still for sale. I spoke to them and they are asking all of the money but they may be of interest to you nonetheless. I do agree with the above it maybe more cost effective to buy a new roof shell or use the fenn lane panel unless your dead set on a factory delete.

I don't think a new roof shell is available any more from Porsche ...
