Default Fabricated engine/turbo mount "arm"?

Anybody made their own turbo mount arm?
I am aware of the Tial billet piece and variants thereof.

My never-ending SC project has just changed course dramatically and the existing mount arm is "in the way"...

Figured better to make a new one than cut/grind the old one (it would be extensive cutting for clearance).

Just wondering if anybody did one on their own...

People have fabricated their own motor mounts for engine swaps, can't imagine this could be that much different. Plus you have the original part as a go-by for dimensions.

yeah, i've been looking at "other car" fabbed mounts.
it seems the mount itself doesn't have much consideration, it's the location of the mount on the engine block that matters for NVH/stability reasons.

so i guess, keep the mount in the same place on the engine end and make the arm fit where it needs to...
figure use the old one to make a jig (where each end goes and for bolt hole alignment)...

some 2x4s and drywall screws...should have it together by sundown
