When you say "disconnected", what do you mean specifically?
You still have a wire touching somewhere on that circuit. It may not even be at the end of the connection but along the wire somewhere. If wires got yanked hard enough while trying to install something, it may have had the insulation stripped off against a sharp piece of metal under the dash somewhere. Get a voltmeter and see if any of the positive leads are touching ground with the fuse out.

Sorry about the delay, just yesterday I went about disconnecting parts.
I took out the cig. lighter, the overhead light (in between sunvisors), the clock, the glove compartment light and gong relay, but when I go to put the fuse in with all of those parts disconnected, it still pops. Any idea on wtf is going on with my car?

When I say disconnected I mean I just removed the unit from the wiring, unplugged if you will. I did look behind the radio, and saw nothing at all. I just don't want to tear down my dash looking for this thing..

your constant power for you stereo has probably got hot and shorted to ground, the easiest way to do this is to find the wires from the rear if the fuse box and pop themout the plug (blue No.17) and then run new power lines to each component, 1 wire to run behind the dash and your there, the culprit won't be found but as long as the rest works you'll be happy. you could try and trace each wire back and find the problem that way, (i did and found the cig. lighter housing to be faulty) but you may end up with more wires than you know what to do with.

I found the short about 3 days ago, a Red/Brown wire and a full Red wire where crossing in the driver side door panel, I think the power windows must've moved them.

Wow, that's a tough one to find. Sounds like either the wires have been moved or something has come loose in the door frame in order to have them shorted like that. Have a close look so it doesn't happen again. A common problem seems to be the vertical window support bar coming loose. The one alongside the outer edge of the door where the door handle is. Mine was lying at the bottom of the door frame.
I took a quick look at the wiring diagram, but couldn't find a Red or Red/Brn wire shown in the door.
Congrats on finding the short! Big relief.
