I'm considering removing my aux pump, are the assumptions below correct?

When the engine is running the flow is according to the green arrows and when the engine is shut off but the aux pump is running the flow is according to the blue arrows?

When removing the aux pump it should be possible to delete the line with the purple cross and change to a non-turbo expansion tank?
