I wanted to know if anyone has dealt with a fitment issue with headlamps on these cars. I was having a problem with the surround trim bezel fitting tight against the headlight cover. After looking into a little further I noticed that the previous owner had the wrong trim bezels on the car. He had ones from a non-turbo car, which I have removed and replaced with the correct turbo bezels. The problem I am still having is the bezel does not fit very tight at the top where it meets the head light cover.

Does anyone have any suggestions or input on fixing this issue?

Unfortunately I don't have a solution but am having the exact same problem you are. The PO had the wrong black bezel on the driver side. I've replaced it with the correct 951 503 633 00 housing and still the red headlight cover will not sit flush against it. Consequently, the drivers side headlight will not align with the hood and surrounding panels.
