Default Consensus on a few pistons

I pulled the pistons out of my 951 and a few look like they're questionable. 1 was so bad I've already set aside as decoration only. These are 2 others (the 4th one seems to be fine):

Ignoring the crud, are those striations a 100% dealbreaker? The skirts and coatings are great which is the only reason I'm even questioning. They do slightly catch a nail. I now have a pile of 5 other junk pistons so I wouldn't be shocked at all if these are done.

May as well post in advance....WTB a few good group 1 pistons.

I would say that they are shot. Are they 100.0mm pistons? I have four that I kept. I'll take a look at them to see if I have three that are good.

I would venture they are OK. I would buff down any rough edges to keep from scoring the cylinder wall. The rings are what seal, so you should be fine. Just be sure to re weigh everything to make sure all of your piston rod combos are the same.
