I'll go with chargecooler in intake plenum setup and direct turbo -> TB -> chargecooler air route. Should be fun. Shoehorning it all on top of engine will be challenging.

It's still in parts. Will probably have to reduce runner length to get it to clear brake booster. If not I'm considering using 964T servo powered booster.

Engine build assembly has started, same tollerance on the main bearings.

So, My manual Didnt tell me to use this, but fellow rennlisters told me
goes between the block and crank girdle.

What do your connecting rods weigh? I was just checking out the HPO website.

Is that engine assembly lube in the bearing location on the girdle or Loctite? Just didn't see Loctite pics on the crank girdle surface.

Nope, just Where the girdle meets the block.

That red stuff is «pre oil lube»

Which manual are you using? The proper Porsche service manual does tell you were to use the 574. It doesn't need to cover the whole girdle, just the oil channels and edges of the RMS area. The 574 also goes on the balance shaft covers.

If you need, I can send you my PDF copies of the service manuals.

The engine is looking great BTW, I'm keen to see what kind of performance you get out of it.
