So, the status is.
Thermostat / waterpump is fubar, i hope Thermostat.
One valve lifter is tikking.

And i need to take out the bearing for mr upper balanceshaft, he makes a noice.

How did it fail? Was it on the track or just street driving?

Could this be from glass blasting oil pan? Did you change rings and bearings?

Maybe the clearances of the new bearings were to tight? Although if you had 3 bar oil pressure at the idle it should not be the case. Do you already know the reason?
