Electrical problem
Today I removed my radio. While doing so my ground became detached. I reconnected the ground and now I am showing 8 volts on the ground. This is the thick brown wire. My instruments have also stopped working and my cooling fan relay smells burnt. Windshield wipers work but stop when the switch is turned off. Any help would be appreciated.
