Anyone familiar with a SPEC clutch?

I just installed a SPEC StgII clutch on my car. I've only put 350 miles on it since it was installed but so far it's about the same effort as my previous clutch (which I think was Sachs and had a pretty light pedal effort) and engages just as smoothly.
I couldn't comment any more than that about it yet.

I bought the Spec Stage III. I am a little disappointed so far in the severe vibration with feathering of the clutch. I am told this will improve over time. We will see. (this is the six puck design).

In most cases, feathering a "puck" clutch is a no, no. Very little material, in terms of Sq. inches on the clutch. They tend to hold more power, due to the higher pressure on each puck. It depends on the clutch material, too. Some mfgs. refuse to use newer hi-tech (F-1) materials due to the fact that if they are slipped, or abused prior to break-in, they're done. Tough to warranty that stuff. The PP generates the pedal force requirements. They need to be matched, so that max. clamping force is when clutch is fully engaged. Before, or later, creates havoc. Break-in, for most, is crucial.

sorry about that ! anyway I had way too much fuel ,50# with 55# injectors
I lowered the fuel to 42# and adjusted my arc2 and the shuttering went away!! It takes off like it's a stock clutch!

A 6 puck has take off like a stock clutch? Usually the puck type clutches (like the ones in my RXs) have only two engagements, in or out. The design is for clamping force and they dont take well to feathering. I have run one in my RX for about 30K and it is starting to slip a little, no big deal on that car but I dont want to replace clutches every 30K on my 951.

I could'nt believe it either. I was really disappointed with this clutch when i first engaged it . I thought is it going to be like this for ever? And it turns out the stumble off the line was from too much fuel. Now there is no stumble, no shuttering, and no chattering. It engages like my stock turbo S clutch. I am so very happy now!
