Default 27/6 install

I got my 27/6 back today! It was sent off to Exclusive turbo for blue printing and Porting. The compressor housing was cleaned up and polished too. The last of my miscellaneous parts should be here this week and then I'll jump on the install.

The company is out of Florida, I already had the turbo for a while. The work Exclusive did was $568. So far other than the water pipe it basically bolted right up.

Let us know how it runs when you get it installed. Did you have this installed previously or is this new to your car, for comparison purposes.

I finished up the turbo install this week, all in all it was pretty straight forward. Over all the car runs great, one major improvement that I was not expecting is how much more responsive the car is off boost with the larger compressor. Driving around town the car requires much less throttle input to move along at a good pace. I am having some trouble holding a boost curve with my innovate SCG-1 so I've been running off of the 1.1 bar wastegate spring for now. Boost feels like it comes on a little earlier than the 26/8 and builds VERY quickly, I can only get about 14.8 psi with the spring only. My plan is to change out the EBC to an e-boost street and then get to a dyno to tune the fuel and boost curve.

Well I sent mine to exclusive turbo as well after seeing yours, and the 2 week turn around is now at 5, and he is not returning emails or phone calls, and I'm not even being demanding or rude. I hope it runs great and makes a ton of power when ever it gets back! How was your customer service experience with them?

The turnaround is definitely slow but Imo the end result is worth the wait, I sent mine in Over the winter, if I remember correctly it was about 7 weeks turnaround. They always answered my emails but it did take a day or two.
