Cast ss T4. Bought it from us something motorsport company forgot the name but can search for it if you want. They also have T3 flanges.

I had too much time today and started another mini project. Fuel level monitoring on iq3 without racepak fuel level module is pita so I'll use original gauge and the rest 3 are nice bonus

Just finished the latest round of mods - AST suspension, new custom 3 inch exhaust made quieter than the last, softer wastegate spring to get better boost control resolution, oil temp sensor wired into Motec for logging, new fuel pressure regulator and PTFE fuel lines to sort hot start issues and raw fuel smells.

Going to the dyno next week to see if the number 10 housing works better on the 3.0 with the t04e 60 trim (stage 3 turbine) than the number 8 that came with Thoms old SPS turbo and to re-program the boost map for the softer wastegate spring. Fitted some Michelin Cup 2's in anticipation of some track time very soon.....

Nice thread. This is my baby:

At the moment the engine is out for a full rebuild. I haven't updated my thread in a while because I have pretty much just been cleaning things and waiting on all my parts to arrive. I also have uni exams coming up so I haven't had much time for the car. Once exams are out of the way I can finally put everything back together and do some driving.

Future mods planned after I've got the rebuild done are a new waste gate and a new turbo. I also want to get VEMS pnp with big injectors and flex fuel sensor so I can run e85. Also want to get a set of big front brakes, and m030 sway bars. I'll probably do a rear seat delete at some stage and get fixed back buckets with a half cage in the back, or at least a harness bar.

This is the state of my living room right now.

Thanks for the info, my "head guy" has a different opinion. He is one of Swedens best head experts so I will listen to him in this case

But I appreciate the information from you

Haha, I'm trying to get it done in between rental inspections. Also, the kitchen space was already taken:

^ Just kidding. That was in our old house when my brother rebuilt his rb26.

As one might expect, turbo charging a 968 requires a few extra parts not found on the 968 originally.

A couple of these parts here...

Sorry guys. I've meant to reply to your posts but have had limited access to Internet and hate texting. Keep the posts coming though. All very interesting and inspiring.

Voith - it's a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo disk... i think it's originally from Evo9 or EvoX. The stock mount in both cars is the same (some catalogues state 0,1mm difference, but it fits) pads are swapped for a different material though.
