Area951 you must be one of the first that I have seen running a t04e 3037 turbo. How do you like it? What hot side did you go with? How did you get it to fit? I hear the center section is very different.

That's a very respectable time.13.130sec

My car with a k26/6 turbo, Guru chips, relia-boost set to 15psi max and 3 bar FPR. I hit 0-60 on my g-tech in 5.6 and 1/4 in 14.1(That’s an average good run on the g-tech. I have seen some weird numbers though so I posted the average since I think its more accurate.) Where I really would like to pickup some more power is 5-60. My car is a dog just like everyone else’s until the boost kicks in. 2nd and 3rd gears are awesome though. It funny but when I do not put my foot to the floor, but rather slowly accelerate it feels much faster?
The smaller turbo feels much better to 60. But in the 1/4 I just don’t pull like I did with the S turbo. Soon I will be getting a T04B and hopefully that will all be behind me!
I do love my low end grunt now though. Today I am having a test pipe put on my car. We will see if that helps me spool even sooner!

Grand Nationals were turboed 3.8L V6's not 8's. That includes the T-types and GNX's.

Boy oh boy you ask a question and people get angry.I just wanted some info about your experience's and WOW.First and for most the person who said get a mustang I cant even think you are serious. We are not some everyday punk driving his or her mustang like an *******.There is a reason we have 951 because they are great.I bet all of you have been in a situation driving to work of fun where you had a punk next to you at a light.I also bet you all enjoyed blowing there doors off.So drag racing happens when we want it or not.I just don't ever want to lose.I have run 12.8's at atco drags. The car is capable of so much more I just want to know how.I love road course's too.I thought having a Porsche meant you did not have to settle with strait or slalom. Thanks for info and the anger.Just remember fast is fast in a strait line or turns we should kick ***.I cant believe someone said get a mustang ohhh I'm getting chills.

The 951 is NOT a drag race car, but it ca still do well enough.

I must first state that I run at 6000ft altitude, so my numbers are not the same as what most people see.

My quarter was 14.3@103mph with a 2.3 60ft.

To put that into perspective. The same night a Vipr RT10 ran a 14.88 at 95ish.

All the C5 vettes here try to break a 100mph quarter. Most of them are running mid to high 14s with c5s in various states of tune.

My friends cobra convertable (32 valve v8) ran a 15.8 (forgetthe mpg but i think it was high 80s).

So a 951 CAN hold its own, but only for a while. Once you wantto get serious drag racing, a 951 isnt teh way to go.

I g-teched at 13.1@108mph! Not bad...but not good, i had a ****ty launch, didnt want to run it again simply because of my clutch. i could have broken 12's with a good launch! next year with the big turbo and MAF kit i should be there.
