Mine stays in the garage most of the time. I bring her out on the weekends when I the weather's nice and I have a place to drive to.

I have driven the Porsche to work a few times when my other car is in the shop, but I don't like to. I work in town, and the parking situation is not ideal. I'm constantly paranoid about something happening to the car. Also, stop-and-go traffic is no fun in a P-car. She likes to go FAST!!!

Yep, tis one and the same. I got caught in an ice storm about 300 miles from home when I took that picture. I have it parked at the moment due to a significant oil leak coming from somewhere, but overall, its in better shape now than its probably ever been since I have owned it. It will be back out on the road shortly!

Regards,

Daily driver. Unless the snow is too high.

What's the old saying:

"If you got 'em, smoke 'em"

Used to run Blizzaks, great in the snow but really bad in the dry and not all that great in the rain. Would never take the car over 75 with them.

This year I am giving the Dunlop winter sports a try, got a set mounted on 968 wheels.

I don't run snow tires. I run the same Michelin's year around. When I had the BBS' on, I ran with what was on when I bought it. Firehawks I think. I don't drive the turbo when there is snow on the pavement.

The Politicians create a constant flow of hot air, the snow melts quickly.

I thought that scene and that track looked really familiar...then I noticed the name.

That's one of my favorite turns (and one of the few I hit everytime) Here's a pic of my other 951.
