Daily Drivers???

Three Wheelin'
I use mine quite often as a daily driver, but as my trip to work is so short, unless I need to go somewhere else from work, I often take my POS. 3.5 miles per trip is not good for a car...sometimes I wished I worked further from where I live and I'd take the long way to work, but then I wouldn't be able to sleep until 7:20 and then be able to be at work at 8!

I dunno, Keith, it looks more like you just store yours outside in the winter!

I have an '86 951 that I too utilize as a daily driver. I bought it almost 2 years ago, and it currently has 67k miles. It has one auto cross and one PCA club rallye under its' belt. I find it to be very comfortable, quiet and easily drivable under all conditions. We really don't have alot of bumper to bumper, creeping traffic, but if we did, I'd probably prefer my MBZ with the automatic transmission.

My 88 has been a daily driver for 2.5 years now. I love it. A few problems here and there but I've loved it. There's so much room in the back with the seats down that I can 4 times the crap my wife's 2001 Mustang can carry.
Plus the driveway to grocery store times are getting lower every week....

Daily driver? What's that?
There are weeks that go by that I don't even SEE the car (it's in the garage). Just too busy right now to drive it, so she sits and waits for her turn. On the plus side, I'm probably saving a ton of money by not starting it. Seems every time I drive it for a week or two I find something else to modify, repair, hop up, or tinker with.
