Default "Turbosmart" blowoff valve

Does anyone have any experience with this product? It is listed on eBay. Made in Australia 25 mm dual port blowoff valve. application 944 turbo.

Is it a vent to atmosphere? I ask because depending on your setup a vent to atmosphere blow off valve won't work well. The air is metered and tuned for it to be recycled not vented in most setups so your car can stall such since the air wouldn't be there. On a different note I have heard good things from the company and there were so listers using their wastegates.

Turbosmart says it recirculates and vents to atmosphere. under normal driving conditions it recirculates and when driving hard it vents to atmosphere and some recirculates. They also claim they provide a blank out so you can make it full recirculate or full vent to atmosphere. My concern is the same as the other post about any problems when it vents to atmosphere.
