Iīm installing a 3" downpipe and iīm having trouble tighten it properly.
Itīs so tight between the nut and the downpipe so iīm slipping on the nut.
( I first tried to remove the studs to use allen bolts instead but couldnīt move the studs).

Must the downpipe flange go flush with the turbo flange or is a small gap ok when using original crush ring?

We put on turbo first then put both on together if I recall. I know it was a bit tough.

The turbo is out but i can't tighten it more. The groove in the 3" downpipe for the crush ring seems not as deep as on the original downpipe.
