Man that's clean. I love that color. I'd it wrapped or actual paint?

Did you have to cut anything for the intercooler?
What was the rpm for the 560rwhp?

Not like that lol.
Just in the past the question has come up around here about what size pipe is needed for what HP level...that the stock pipes may be too small or wrong shape or whatever.

But here you are dumping 500+hp through them...so they're just fine.

We have discussed this a long time offline, I am dying to see the chart myself, but not forthcoming. This is frustrating to say the least, but is what it is. With this not being a DBB turbo, I am slightly worried about an on/off car that is a bit laggy, but the displacement might make up for some of this. The chart will answer many questions.

This build is interesting. He is making a lot of power on an 8v with not that high boost for the power with only 8v and single cam.
Yes it is a 3 liter but STILL 8v. Would love to know the rpm it hits this power at.

I think the build is a good platform to ask questions on. How would the exact engine change is one element was changed.
16v instead of 8v. more rpms on same turbo. Different turbo smaller or bigger. All things the same but stroker. Lot of things were done well with this engine. I like the compression.
Again I think this engine with the dyno chart can tell us a lot. It is making good power. Like Patrick said a few days ago, we have several engines getting built lately 16v but also 8v that we can compare and contrast and get a lot of good data. Would also like to know what gas was used on this and the engine management.

Again congrats on a big strong engine, Would love to see videos on it. Drag it a few times.

Gas is 93 premium pump gas, Electromotive TEC-S batch fire mode, 1000 CC Five-O's.

Tec s can't do sequential? If that is on pump gas the compression pays for itself. The dyno will be very interesting.

TEC-S can do sequential with supporting mods, but not done on this car. Yes, boost is very high for pump gas, and the low C/R is a built in Nanny for boost happy youngsters.

25 psi is way high for pump gas. I personally would not run over 16 psi with 93 octane. Is the hp being measured at the wheels or are we backing into a crank equivalent.

The car laid down 470 HP on a Dyno Dynamics which is within 1-2% of a Mustang at 22psi "Supposedly" again No chart. Chart is supposed to be delivered soon, I am eagerly awaiting its posting.

Or someone wanting a particular engine that they spending their own money on right?
Thought engine building was about what one wanted.... Not what others tell them they should want.
Hopefully that low compression doesn't cause people to get nasty like always seems to happen in these threads.

470@ 22psi and 560 @ 24psi? Was it 470 wheel perhaps and this is estimated 560 at crank? That would make more sense. If it's meant to be 560whp on 93 oct at 24psi I'm somewhat dubious. Nevertheless, hopefully it's all good now and the owner can get some enjoyment out of the car.

Sounds about right. Lot of boost even at that compression. Wonder if the car has safeguard.

Psi is irrelevant unless you're stating the entire engine/turbo/etc setup. There is no universal 'don't run about this psi' rule of thumb that applies for every engine/displacement/head/turbo/fuel/etc. Maybe if we were talking about stock engines with common variables, but we aren't.
