Try this recent rennlist thread for details...

I haven't done it yet but I plan on mounting my resistors on a piece of aluminium like this image from Guru Racing
and then wiring the resistors into the gray and gray/black wire exiting the DME box.

Easy!

Why do you need resistors on the same injectors that Lindsey sell without resistors?

If you use big injectors with short duty cycle I suppose you will have less heat develop in the control box as well.

It's not just the average current drain over time that counts, but the peak current-draw during the initial opening blast that'll over-drive your injector-driver transistor. Some background on ballasts with the Motronic DME:
