Yes it was tuned for pump .. He is going to check it out and address all the issues

Why does it look like the tie down strap is going through the door on the tow truck picture?

How is he going to check for issues and retune it when he's thousands of miles away?

Do not touch the car. Do not change anything.

Are you running the Electromotive in sequential mode? Do you have a crank trigger signal and a cam signal going to the EMS?

I'd call Uwe at Electromotive. There's a local TEC dealer/tuner much closer.

If you have any reservations - Mario Rigoli may be willing to do this remotely with your car at a mustang type dyno. He'll connect to your laptop "rescue" and will require a live video connection. He won't be the cheapest - but he's likely one of the best in terms of complete systems integration. He's primarily a BMW guy - champion race driver. Mario is the ONLY Electromotive tuner I've met to date that knows "intuitively" which cells to alter towards A/F ratios, timing, etc. with precision. He has my car now integrating the Meth kit into my car's EMS.

Sending your car back to FL isn't a good use of your or Albert's time. Find a local expert. Get referrals from Uwe at Electromotive in your area.

Adding your cam reading to allow full sequential will allow those injectors to quiet down, **** less at idle - low rpm. Without running sequential, I'd be in the same situation you're in now.

This is a fairly easy deal. Here's a pic of my cam sensor/wiring. I'm running 1357 or 129lb/hr Bosch injectors. Idles like a Honda.

So - did you have a grin on your face driving it?

I'm confused. After all that you say happened and what Albert said, you're sending your car *back* down to him?

What exactly do you think is going to happen differently? Seriously, you're a train wreck.

Keep your car. Drive it as is. Do not make any changes.

Hey Paul,

Don't we all? Most of my old school 951 and other sport car "guys" tease me for still posting on Rennlist. Sad that many of the true "experts" left from keyboard racers arguing their honest and "expert" advise helping the OP. Their time is worth much more helping folks that truly appreciate their expertise. Two 951 guys in particular - one who ran the F1 program at MIT while getting his masters - engineering and the other - Mechanical Engineer - Masters in Systems Engineering are dear friends, and won't participate on Rennlist because of being bashed - told they're wrong, etc. while providing expert help for free! Where else on earth can you get answers from experienced experts for FREE? Don't say Google. LOL

One still lives in Tucson, and his friendship and expertise helping me with anything mechanical is truly appreciated. The other will be here with his wife for the Xmas holiday, and he's one of the few I allow to drive any of my toys.

Chris - Melbourne - and family are coming to Tucson for the holiday!

This is sound logical thinking.

So, did you get the car? How do you like it, did it fulfill the expectations?
