Anyone have a 3.0L block to sell or know where to get one? Looking at options for a new engine and trying to consider what is feasable. Availability of a 3.0L block might take me in a different direction rather than sleeving the 2.5L block. Feel free to pm. Thanks.

I've got a sleeved S2 block with barely any run time and matching JE pistons. Was broken in and run a few hours, but had tuning problems so was disassembled soon after. Everything in nearly-new condition.
~4.125" bore, stock 3.0 piston pin height (so you need a 3.0 crank and Porsche/aftermarket 951-size rods).
34cc dish, pistons look like copies of the MAHLE-ANDIAL 3.0 pistons of years past. Should be around 8.5-8.7:1 cr.
I might consider selling for the right price.

I have a 3.0 L / 968 block that I would sell, all bores are clean. PM or email to mjc.llc@comcast.net to discuss.

I have a rough bored 1990 S2 block its been stripped cleaned and rough bored to 104.5 mm its going to need a final hone to alusil spec and will clean up at that pass level as it had minor scoring for whatever pistons you decide to run! $750 plus ship prob around $100 ground
