I think that's it as far as pressure plates go. You can get the KEP set up with more clamping pressure if you want, but pedal effort will be affected in relation.
How about a lightened flywheel as well? You can mill off about 8-lbs from the stock flywheel. Or get a 5.75lb Fidanza for a 14-lb savings.

Can you post more details/links/where to buy for the KEP plate? I've not heard it mentioned before, and am definitely interested in putting one in alongside my Fidanza flywheel when the time comes.
