As someone else pointed out, that's not an auction for THAT motor, it's an auction for the service of them building a similar one. Really lame way to sell your products, IMO.

What kind of reputation does Broadfoot Racing have in the market place? The workmanship of his engine building? Have not heard to much about Broadfoot Racing on the reenlist.

There's no way you could build that motor for $6000. You would have a hard time building the short block for $6000 let alone the entire engine.
There has already been a thread on this ebay auction yesterday.
It's almost a joke for someone to auction off, something that doesn't exist.
Why put pictures of another engine? To actually think that you could get that engine, new, for $6000 must be a early April Fools joke. It's that bad...

Craig Friesinger had a Broadfoot engine for a short period of time. It came with a Tec3 which was, to the best of my knowledge, originally tuned at the track with a stock type O2 sensor. That first session was cut short due to someone leaving a hot wire exposed next to the Fram oil filter. The wire arced on the filter which resulted in a ruptured filter can and large oil spill.
I later tuned it at a dyno and was able to get a good fuel curve plus a decent amount of power, 398 - 400 rwhp. The engine continually puked oil out the breather. The dry sump pump was attached to the mount for the alternator. The monting point broke with less than 10 hours of running.
The nice thing I remember was the dash. The car came back with a fiberglass dash and a stack dash unit that looked great.
That's the digest version.
