I prefer the shift lever from LR. It fully encloses the shift rod.

True but you can't use a stock shifter handle and boot with them.

Bolt is in, secured via pin and wire, shifter is centered also rlm328, thanks for pointing it out. I checked the 10mm and the 13mm bolt that's covered by the boot, and they are nice and tight.

I am not going to upgrade to kyle's shift kit yet, I might buy a 335xi now, and since it works fine, no need to spend the dough on it yet.

Still it''s very inexpensive, but a very well made piece for $90 shipped to your door, kudo's to kyle again for another fantastic upgrade for our 944's.
