Default What do you guys do for this thing?

I called Porsche, only to get a quote for almost $400, since this line is all one unit.

Mine has a nice split at the top where it connects to the hardline under the intake Manifold. Seems like alot of money for only needing one leg of the thing.

I found a few aftermarket lines for this thing but they all seem to be missing the fitment on the end that goes into the J-Boot.

Surely I'm missing something?

Ya know what. I'm sorry everybody. I'm going to get some generic vacuum line and an end and call it good.

I'm not sure why the hell I didn't think of it before. Some kind of car guy I turned out to be.

that part was made like that for ease of assembly.

I replaced that one recently on one of my cars. I cut the j-pipe connector side out of the metal clamping so that I was left with a male-to-male connector (similar to what V2 noted). Then simply replaced the line with some tubing I got previously from lindsey racing.
